if it is a long term, however, I'm going to be back during May to Aug.I wanna look for a place for my coming back to live in. I don't know whether you can try to find someone to live in for a short term, but anyway, if I really want your room, I'm willing to pay $50~100 each month for May to Aug so that you can give others a further reduced price.

it's ok but still have to find sb to fill 5~8 and i have no right to drive away people if they still want to stay after August. So you'd better find such kind of person yourself and let me know as soon as possible.

btw, for your second concern: there is no constraint for male or female.
