hi, I have huge interest in your room, how long is your lease? and are you gonna move after the lease?

if it is a long term, however, I'm going to be back during May to Aug.I wanna look for a place for my coming back to live in. I don't know whether you can try to find someone to live in for a short term, but anyway, if I really want your room, I'm willing to pay $50~100 each month for May to Aug so that you can give others a further reduced price.
