我想申请OU明年一月份的入学，，是不是先要拿到 tofel的成绩才可以申请阿！还是， 先申请再递上去语言成绩，can test是什么情况的阿？ 需要多少分可以正是上课阿。你们都是拿到tofel成绩才申请的马?我怎么看除了需要在ouac网上申请以外，还要添一张ou的表呢>！麻烦大家了，能高我详细一点的马！！！

Actually, you can apply the university and do the TOEFL test at the same period. It won't affect with each other. As long as you show your scores before the deadline of the registration, you will be accepted by the university. Of course, you have to catch the min entrances scores.

The requirement of CANTest at the u of Ottawa is the average 4.5 of listening and reading, 4.0 for writing.

stanley说得没错,而且要通过OUAC申请,直接在网上填申请.然后等待回复.

不管你有什么成绩,都要尽快交上去,然后再慢慢补.
