国内带过来的DV的制式问题

是PAL制式的 在这里连到电视上看 就成黑白的了
有没有什么解决方法 让PAL能转NTSC的

I forget that DV should have firewire out. Connect your DV to your computer through firewire port and use TV out (s-video is better) to TV. Today the TV out is good enough. Also you can convert the video rom PAL to NTSC in computer and then burn in CD to watch on TV.
