楼下有公车站,开车只需5分钟到OU,最多10分钟到魁大。有车位。

Please don't forget as the only lease signer I'm also taking the whole risk if the arpartment can't be rented out. And normaly there is at least one month during the year it can't be rented out.

The price should be according to the current market, the price that I gave is fair.
