前两天发帖说1房350，另一个330房。你总房价才$725，果真是黑!现在又改变策略，1房290，1房270，另付$40其它杂费/人，290+270+40+40=640，合着你出65自己用1房，怎么这么黑呀？你这种黑心老板，租你的房今后还不知道要怎么被你算计呢？坚决抵制!!!

第一，出租房子不可能月月都租出去，一年中总是有一，二个月租不出去，所以定房价时当然要考虑到这一风险。(是否我房子租不出去，你和我分摊费用呢？ )

第二，你这种算法根本不对。难道landlord 的房租还包括电视，电话，高速上网吗？更不要说还包括家具？

第三,房东九月份还要升价，而我的价格是不变的。

第四，也是最重要的一点，房价是按照现在租房市场的价格，供求而定。与你何干？

还有，你为给我捣乱还特意去新换一件马甲，是不是不够正人君子？

you are single, why you wanna rent a 3bedroom? what is your purpose? obviously you wanna make money!yes, if u r the one who sign the lease, u will be responsible for all the risks. but other people who are looking for roommates won't charge like you do.

第二，你这种算法根本不对。难道landlord 的房租还包括电视，电话，高速上网吗？更不要说还包括家具？yes, landlord only includes, water&hydro, no TV, phone and internet. but u charge each person who is gonna share your apartment for $40 extra. two rooms equal 80. bell for local phone is 25.95 after tax, tv if it is a basic, it is only around $17/month before tax. for internet, without promotion, it is $45/month for high speed. (with promotion, you may even get cheaper price). who is paying tv, phone and internet. u tell me. furniture, u only provide one room, not two rooms ok!

yes, landlord may increase your rental, but you charge too much now.by the way, how much your landlord will increase, not exceed 2.4%each year!

第四，也是最重要的一点，房价是按照现在租房市场的价格，供求而定。与你何干？well, according to the market, your price is still way too high. in hull one bedroom could be 350 including everything and two bedroom could be even less as 490. check the posts. It is not my business, unfortunately I am the person who is uncomfortable with you kind of person. Other people here are trying to find roommates reduce expenses, while you wanna make money. I think I wanna let people know, what is wrong with that?
