tell you the truth: this book hasn't been used before(i checked it from psych website), so you may not be able to find anyone who wants to sell it, Chinese or westerners(i checked CUSA second-hand book online, didn't find it).
it is 8th edition, right? i know that they sell at 60$ in Southam hall. i contacted haven books, they don't have it now, but they are likely to offer it later, and at a lower price, i suppose.
