[寻找] 8月或9月开始可以长期入住的房子

我签的lease已快到期，想找一个新的地方搬家，不知道有没有8月或9月开始可以长期入住的房子。house或是apartment都无所谓。最好是在downtown附近。

请问地址在哪?？多少钱一个月呢？？／

在Bayshore，有近十部公车（楼下就有97路直接到downtown半小时），famous player电影院，bayshore shopping mall。房租874，包水电，九月下旬可以入住，含一些家具，包括queen size mattess和box,和写字台，一大一小两沙发，小柜子等等（免费，当然，不要也可以）。lease到2005年4月结束。另外有半个月房费bonus。
