有人最近从jobbank上找到过工吗？

简历写的不好, 以前一个人事处的人说, 只要看见一个拼写错误, 就扔垃圾堆了.

俺这样的水平, 以前不注意的时候也是十个里不一定有两三个回的, 后来注意了, 发十个能有5-6个回的.

拼写错误应该没有，用WORD里的“拼写检查”检查过了。
语法我不该保证全对，但应该不会有大问题，是不是没有本地经验的缘故？其实我对做engineer都不抱什么奢望了，我主要是找那些technician的职位，每次发之前也都会根据要求对简历作相应的修改，可一直没什么结果。我现在都准备改发传真了，是不是传真比email效果好些啊？

1.没有本地经验是一个问题.
2.有些人可能有年龄歧视, 俺把在村里读书的年代去掉好象回的就多一点.
3.也许overqualify了, 无关的经验写多了起反作用. 他们要求的那些名词不能漏, 因为HR的人不懂行.
4.有些是agent收简历供未来用, 眼下不一定有那个位子.
5.传真绝对比email好

It depends on the particular market of your field and your experience/skills comparing with other job hunters.

Getting interview is easy. What hard is to get some half-decent deals.

I hope I can get a EASY interview!
if the employer requires 1-2 years experience,but i have 7 years experience,do u think it's overqulified?
BTW, i am an electronics engineer specializing in hardware of embeded system,does anybody know this job market now?

That depends on the hirer. If you list lot's of stuff they don't need, that won't impress them in positive way.

And if you are applying for labour work, anything beyond "high school graduated" in the resume is wasted.

don't bother try job bank, it has no good jobs at all, all pretty much labour work.
