帮朋友问一下在OU上学的事

我的朋友他的托福210多，有OAC的成绩
他最近收到OU的OFFER是CIVIL ENGINEERING
那他还用读语言吗？
还有就是这个系怎么样啊？

那就对了，因为读Science和Engineering这两类的托福只要求213...twe4.5而已..
