学校的回复：
I know you are eager to know the final decision from the Faculty of Graduate Studies. Unfortunately, there is one person doing my admissions at the Faculty and she is extremely busy with many more admissions from other departments all over the campus. She will get them done in July but I can't tell you exactly when. She is on holidays this week so that is slowing things a little. Please be patient.

看看我的这封信，同样的疑惑：

Program in ××× under the supervision of ××× . The offer will be valid for three terms starting September 2004. Please note that M.Eng. Students are generally not funded, and the Department is not able to provide any financial assistance.
Once you have received your offer of admission, please contact your supervisor should you have any questions.
这算不算是给Offer了？它里面提到的一旦我收到Offer就和导师联系，是不是指的这封信，还是有正式的Offer？
另外，请问录取和注册的一般程序是怎样的？
因为我现在人不在Ottawa，所以有些急啊！

FGPS已给我回信了，已发正式Offer，但有以下条件：
You have 5 conditions to fullfil prior to registration. Be sure to bring all original documents that is all transcripts, proof of degree(s), as well as official translation of your original chinese documents; your TOEFL score original still has not been received either, you should make sure that they were advised to send us an original.

因为才拿到正式的Offer，希望延期至Apr. 2005,不知道行不行,望各位赐教??
