well, I don't think I am. We all know that those kind of things happen everyday and almost everywhere out there, not the first time and won't be the last either. I really hate to say and admit that though.

this year, the regulations are: for english 15 minutes late is allowed (other wise will disturb the others listening), for other subjects, 30 minutes.
this are regulations to all the schools all over china.
do u think the guard should allow that girl enter.

china is a country where people can never reallly respect the rules.

The exam started at 3pm, and she got there at 2:47pm, do you think she's late? If all should enter at 2:45pm, she's only 'late' for 2 mins, which was far less than 15 mins as the regulation you were talking about. Do you still think it's fair and reasonable not letting her in?

I don't think you really look into the article before you made your comments.
