OSAP关于申请条件中，有一条：
请大家给我提示一下，其含义 ?

“Ontario is the last province you resided in for 12 consecutive months without being a full-time postseconday student”

如果，我中途回国了。但是，在回国前，已经居住了超过12个月，
现在又回来了Toronto,住了10个月，我的条件算不算呢?
