关于在Kanata建立中国商城

On the other hand, this Kanata is a very interesting place. I know some people there. Yes they do shopping but in downtown, they do have entertainment but in their home or go to that xxxxx center is one big pain in the xxx and therefore, opening a store covering the needs and wants of the local resident is far less risky on focusing on Chinese population. After all, how many new comers come to Ottawa instead of GTA or Vancouver?
 
Renting a 5000 sq.ft store in Kanata is $8000 per month. Or near 417 has a land for sale and can build a Chinese building $ 2 M.
It needs over $ 1 M and 10 full time workers to start the store. I don't have the money to do it. If you want to start limited Corporation, I would like to work with you. Call 724-2609.

我要想入股,地址选在BASELINE一线,有FOODCOURT可以照顾上班人,有一个大GROCERY STORE,外加系列小店。

其实老外也很喜欢华人的店,关键要定好位,要有特色。
 
想法不错,风险很大。不能“咒”您亏,但是投资的回报率肯定不靠谱。有钱还是想想其它的生意。赚不到钱老老实实呆着是“等死”,投资错了亏钱那可是“找死”。无论如何“等死”还能多活几天。:p:p
 
要当心呀,新Baselines上的Walmart把对门的Loblaws快打死了!
