[求助] 请问有人知道CU的ESL成绩能转去OU吗?

如题! 其实我修了CU的ESL130和150, 后来转到OU了, 现在在OU是REGULAR student, 在SCHOOL OF MANAGEMENT读, 请问这样能把学分转过来吗?
还有, 其实我以前在CU是读ENGINEERING的, 所以修了一个工程数学MATH1004, 请问这也能转吗? 谢谢帮忙!!!!

You can try to transfer ESL 130/150 as eletive courses in Arts.
But I think the odds is very low though.

My friend asked about these issus before. Unfortunately, the answer from U of O was no(130 and 150). However, your Math 1004 might be able to transfer from CU to UO as a math course. One thing very important, if you did not tell UO about you finished your ESL 130 and 150 in Carleton by the time you were applying, then you must not tell them you want to transfer. They might request you to withdraw from the school. This was the own experience from one friend of mine. I am not sure if the word I said upword were definately correct, you can always call them to confirm. 1877-U-OTTAWA or 562-5700.

actually I am now in this situation, so is your friend still in OU? If I don't show them my transcript now, how can I transfer my credit to OU? at least for the Math1004~~~~~~~~~

and by the way, I did told the staff in International office that I used to study ESL courses in CU, but she told me that they don't want to see my ESL score, so I didn't send my CU transcript with my application to OU, can I just tell them what happen or can I just show them my Math1004 score and tranfer it? Thanks for your response!

这样到了OU还要读语言吗?还是直接专业课了啊?

想我之前说的,MATH1104可以试试看,但是最好不要把ESL的成绩拿出来.

但我是TOEFL过了进的, 并不是其他原因~~~~~~~~~~~~243, SO...

SO 说实话,卡尔顿的ESL在UO并不能等同于任何课目,所以实际上也是转不了的.还是试试看MATH1004把

MATH的成绩是和ESL的写在一起的, 怎么只SHOW MATH成绩啊?

我是从CU转到OU的. 当时我转的时候我ESL刚好全上完(130,150,190). 但是没有一个可以转的. 只转了些专业课.

OU只认CAEL成绩, 不认ESL(130,150,190)的成绩.
这里的CAEL成绩也是看能不能成regular. 而不是看能不能转学分.你现在没有这个问题, 我就不再说了.

终于有人解答了我的问题了! 谢谢你~~~~~~~那请问, 我申请OU的时候没有递CU的成绩, 但其实我有一个数学, 那我现在把成绩单给他看, 他会帮我转学分吗? 他不会向楼上所说, 踢我出校吧? 谢谢大家的帮忙~~~~~
