请问没有toefl成绩，读完语言预科班后，能读硕士吗？

我有一个朋友，国内大学本科毕业，请问没有toefl成绩，读完语言预科班后，能读硕士吗？有谁了解这方面的情况，请帮忙回答一下，谢谢了！

There's nothing to say about this. Because, ESL course is not realated any regular program. He/She has to apply for conditional offer, and they might ask him/ her to take ESL and obtain 4.5 in CanTest in order to activate his/her personal status in regular Bachelor or Master program. No english examination, no master, unless he or she is perfessional in Francis.

I don't think so, just go check the minimum requirement of that department first.
