Some rooms are still available. All the tenants should be students. Require to sign a one-year lease. Normally the landlord will help you to sublet the room during the summer session. You can talk with the landloard about the sublet before you sign the lease.

The answers to some questions from the inquiry.

1)How many rooms for rental? What is the size of the room?

There are 12 rooms for rent altogether. Some of rooms have been taken. Two semi-house attached. 6 rooms for one house. 3 rooms Each floor. Different room has different size.

2)Seems rental doesn't include telephone, internet and cable TV, is it?
Yes. No telephone, internet and cable TV include. But you can apply it by yourself.


3)If I arrived at Aug 28, would it be possible to move in?
It is possible. Please contact with landlord.

4)Does kitchen have stove and dishwasher?
Have Stove and microwave oven in the kitchen. But No dishwasher.

5)Does the rental include laundry?
No. No Laundry inside the house. But there some laundry service store near the house, within 5 minutes walking distance.

6)So all the rooms for rental is furnished? Does the floor cover with carpet or just wood?
Yes. All the rooms for rental is furnished. Each room has one refrigerator inside. It means that 12 refrigerators for 12 rooms.
The floow cover with carpet. There has common air-cleanner to clean the carpet in the house.
