ouca 一直都提供报名，从来没有断过。你现在也可以去报名，在填写网上申请表的时候，网上会清楚告诉你什么学校什么科目接受一月份报名

那就是说在安省一月份招收新生的大学只有:Carleton,McMaster,York.3所大

学是吗?和BC省: UBC 以及魁省:Mcgill.其他的都不招收吗?

no problem. and, please check OUAC around Sept 15th. by that day, they will post all the relative information about winter entry stuffs. for sure, including which univ accepts new students.
