UO内部来讲要求SCIENCE的是197(CBT),但是TWE要4.5就行了， 对外是550(213)+4.5.

those professors/instructors who can;t speak English fluently are most visiting or part-time profs., they won;t teach for a long time and float frequently .
the most important thing is that they are all holding degrees but most of the students do not.

i like asking the profs course questions. if my prof speaks poor english, that is extremely bad for me.
