i had almost the same problem befor i called Rogers for technical support they told me unplugs everything from computer and wait a few minutes then reconnect to the computer,that problem was fixed..
yes, i have 4 pc connected to a router,2 pc can go on internet and other 2 did work,and some times other 2 did not work,then i have to unplugs all cables to all pc for a few minutes and reboot.
