I'm OU student, and seeking for rental.
1)Price within $390/per month
2)within the distance of 10 mintes bus ride to OU, it would be better near bus station
3)Rental would be better including heat, hydro, water, electicity, local phone call, high speed internet and cable TV.
4)Room size is better larger than 10m2
5)With wood floor or carpet.
6)It would be better has stove and dishwasher in the Kitchen.
7)Furnished room, with bed, desk and wardrobe.
Actually, I found many rentals are satisfied with these conditions, and these seems to be the common requirement for tenant. Welcome comments.
