yes, that is an engineering problem, so it is only for engineering

for other faculty, I think you have to go to the registrar's

直接跟PROF讲不就好了.

but you can sort it out way earlier than seeing the prof

and in engineering, the profs don't rule, the EASO rules, and if EASO denies, small change that you can get thru by other path
