Rogers is offering free basic installation with the EduNET packages. This means delivery and wiring of the modem is included. Here’s what it involves:
A cable technician visits your home with all the necessary hardware and will install the cable modem.
If necessary, the cable tech will run extra wiring so that the cable modem is conveniently located near
your computer.
Using easy-to-follow instructions, you will connect the computer to the cable modem

VPN software must be downloaded by user after registration is complete. Please see VPN info.
Availability: Rogers Hi-Speed Internet is not available in all areas for example: Vars, Almonte, Embrun, Russell. 98% of Ottawa proper is Rogers Hi-Speed Internet ready. To be sure visit www.rogers.com and check postal code for availability.

我记得以前是没有package fee的,不知道是不是新加的.
