How knows the weather in Regina, Sask? I was heard there are 6 months ubder -40°C over there. Is that true. We are in Indiana, U.S.A. now, but my husband may get a jod in Regina, we have decided to go or not.

I was living there for 6 yrs

That is exaggerating. only few days in 1-3 months may be -40. I survive there It is OK.

Capital city in SK. 20-30 thousand people. Very cheap grocery in SuperStores(Very big and new). In fact, that's what I missed the most

Maybe I shouldn't leave Regina for Ottawa. I though bigger city is better. Actually, it all depends. My last Co-op job was in Regina.

no that bad. sometime tempt + wind chill will make it under -40°C, but you can survive.

Don't think so. 1993->I wasn't even in Canada yet. I left Regina in 2002

But nice to know there are other people who had been living in Regina

guys,thanks. When is the first snow in Regina. In Indiana, the first snow comes in the end of Dec, but the last snow sometime is as late as in April.
