有位在美国的同胞申请加拿大移民，他求我帮他的忙查询，我不明白为什么他本人不能查呢？那位知道？
1. CAIPS could be gained by YOURSELF ($5.0 + stamp), no necessary by a agent. Here I use "Yourself", which does not means that you apply, but you authorize the people, who is a PR or citizen in Canada, help you get it.

2. Two forms are filled, one is authorization form and the other is application for the CAIPS. Both of them could be found from
