关于冬季学费的问题

今天受到消息说，秋冬两季的学费要一起交，如果不是到冬季就要多交400的罚款。不知是否是真的？

你要交Extended Payment Charge (EPC).The EPC is charged at a rate of 5% per annum on the balance shown on the Student Account Summary as at the last working day of each month starting at the end of Sepember.

也就是说，比如你的winter term学费是$5000，那么你需要交的钱是：5000(balance)x5%(年利率)/12(月)x3(10，11，12月)＝$62.5

如果是5%，那么，5000*5%=250啊
