不是，学校只看9月9日你的钱到了账户没有，到了就没有late charge，不然就要charge你了。所以27日只是一个建议日期，在这个日期前汇出，可以保证9月9日到帐。我去学校问过，下周一二交也没有问题的。

没事没事，我昨天才去学校帮朋友交了个学费，本来LATE CHARGE的钱都准备好了。可是他们告诉我现在还没有LATE CHARGE，因为学期还没有开始，就先不收。所以你肯定没问题。
