中华会馆出来调解,是人家有社区责任感.这里闹得不可开交,而且都是一面之词,影响太差.
调解说说容易,做起来只怕很难.首先怎么取证?双方有文字的东西不多.其次,好不容易有了
结果,只要双方都接受,这事就算圆满解决.和看热闹的诸位有什么关系?把结果放到网上,供
闲人议论,对当事人双方都没什么好处.咱们看热闹的是痛快了,可人家事主得承担所有的言
论.本来就是双方的纠纷,如果当事人认为不宜公布,那就不该公布.

ops i forgot to mention that the beast broke my electric kettle (which costs 150) without paying back nor apologise to me. in addition, she also ate my food many times without letting me know. she is not just cheap and nasty, but she also likes to stole her tenant's food

Do you have proof for that lady stole your food? What kind of food was that? It's hard to believe.

hi,

what you said probably mostly is true except for the police part.cuz when the police came that night, he told me that if i am not renting a room with a built-in washroom (equals to an independent unit), the nasty beast legally has the right to get the tenant out of the premises in a few moments. therefore, the best solution is not to rent her apartment and eventually she would have to move out of the unit and then the management would then go after her for the damage done to the property . man. i can't wait to see that beast get the punishment she deserved. i am sure i am not the only one who is keen to see that happen.

首先我们应该了解加拿大的租房法是保护租房者，而非出租者。而且加拿大的人权法是不允许在九月到四月之间赶走住户的。这就是为什么在出租时，一般要租房者无 bad credit history 不然房东的损失会很大。很多回帖说的， china smile 就想要钱，我们就从这儿入手。

把值钱的东西转移到朋友那里，不要搬家。
买一个门锁。
把房里设施照相备案。
这点最重要，不交房租。如果来要，就说没钱。
如果是女孩，就时不时的报警说房东性骚扰。

一般情况下，房东要到法院申请驱逐令。然后要在警察陪同下才可以把人赶走。但是一般法院有六个月 waiting period due to excess cases。如果在没有邀请下，私自进屋的话，打电话叫警察告她。这样算下来，有将近一年的时间收不到房租。这个是她最痛的地方。

我把这个贴放在这里，是想让所有人都知道包括受害者和害人者。希望大家都厚道一点，让大家生活在一起的时候不要因为这个而不愉快。

同意楼上的观点，而且如果真的按照trinitron的办法死赖不走，而那个房东又真的凶悍无比，恐怕警察还没到，租客就已经被整得半死了，谁会愿意演那种苦肉计啊！谁有这功夫陪她练哪？何况她对付警方看来有一套，搞不好白受苦。所以硬拼不是好选择，还是另谋计策吧。我身边两位先后分别受过她折磨的朋友，现在一提到她还很是懊恼呢。当时要有人在这里提醒他们，也就不会有那些恶梦般的经历了吧。

想当赖子，还要赖1年，不知道是你想出来的还是你曾经这样做过。
如果我是房客，我做不出来这种事，这要花很多时间和精力。还要叫警察，要留纪录。

如果我是房东，这要分是自己买的房还是整套租来的担当二房东。
如果我是二房东，那我就把房子退掉，不挣这个钱了。提前60 天告诉大房东，自己大不了损失2个月的房租，搬到1个小一点的房子里住，找机会也赖这么一下，也想办法1 年不交房租。哈哈，学以致用。不过我不知道到时候能不能做出这种事。

如果房子是我自己买的，我绝不会容忍房客赖1年不交房租，如果所有房客都这样，那房东岂不是要破产跳楼？如果房东不想活了，那你还能赖下去？打一个比方，如果你是房东，你会天天睡大觉而不去做任何事吗？你会做什么事，我就会做什么事。
最好不要用无赖的办法，如果你一定要用，那么我们就一起用吧。到那时有，加拿大就又多了一件轰动一时的消息供人谈笑。

你的方法应该是对付apartment的，因为房东和房客不见面。
