try this tool. change the extension back to .mht, open it with IE.

α = 城市经度-卫星经度
β = 城市纬度
r = 6378km（地球半径） R = 42218km(卫星轨道半径) r/R=0.15
粗算了一下,121星的仰角21.56度.

Thanks snake and 我从山东来. I tried 21 degree but no luck to get signal. It may be the size of my dish(18"). Can somebody confirm to me what is the minimum size to get the 121 bird? Damn it . It is so hard to find it! Thanks your guys help.

Why 121°? All programs are encrypted packages from DishNetwork.

What kind of LNB do you have? you need a LNB for FSS system(10.7G ~ 12.2G(?) ), not DBS (12.2G ~ 12.7G(?), Bell Uv or DishNetwork)), and a biger dish as well.

OK, let's get this stright:
in order to get 121w, you have to have 1. a dish at lest 30" (75cm), 2. a linar lnb.
yes. some chinese channels are not encrypted yet during the promotion period but who know when it will be gone?
the better choice is to point your dish to 127w.
since both 121 and 127 have very low look angle. it is very hard to get them for there a big chance that something will block the singal.
It is legal to receive unencryption tv/radio signals from satelltes.
and if you can read all post from this link. you will know almost everything about sat. tv

Not yet, just like Python said I need to buy bigger dish and matched LNB for 121. I gave up now for the useless effort unless I can find a cheap dish and LNB for this. Thanks guys again. Python, did you get the 121 ? Is Galaxy 127 free and easy (or how much need to put) to install?

Got 121ºW signals with a 60cm dish, it’s fairly strong, 12 FTA channels.
Elevation: 21.57°
Sun Time*: 16:17 (Ottawa Daylight Time)
Freq=12161
Polarization=Vertical
SR=20000
*Time when Sun Azimuth equals Satellite azimuth

depends on how you define "the best".
it is not that expensive. but it does not have blind search and someone said it is not that easy to setup. support? do not see many plus no closed caption and not HD reday.
there are some stores in ottawa but they are expensive. i once called for a lnb and was asked for 65.
either mtl or tor offers more options. IMHO.
