其实呢，如果你非等到12点整才开始搬，那也来不及啊，12点过1分钟就不是你的房了。所以反正也是要整理打包的，如果是最后一天的白天搬到下家去有困难，不如跟房东说说软话，让把东西先暂时存放一下，一般通情理的房东也不会刻意为难你的。除非你跟房东关系搞得很僵，人家老早就不想看见你了，那就没办法。我搬出原来apartment的时候，花了一整天的时间搬，到了晚上还搞卫生到11点多，然后把房门钥匙塞到leasing office的门缝里才完。搬家累死了！

我想应该是不的强制中止LEASE。如果你已经通知房东，或者没付下个月的房租，那是房客主动中止了LEASE。你是必须在LEASE到期之前搬出来的。你所举的理由都不是房东的责任--他/她也许指望房租交房贷或者买明天的早饭呢？ -- 法律是保护双
方的。

我想她可以那么作也可以叫警察。这里叫警察是很常见的：夫妻吵架，小孩子打架，受人言词威胁都可以叫警察。

和房东勾通下也许可以宽限几天。但最好还是赶紧自己想办法。

Yes, absolutely! You may stay there at least one month more without any disturbance from your landlord until being forced out by a tribunal/court(not your landlord), but you may have to pay all the costs(including the rent) and some kind of penalty if you lose the case!
