关于交学费的问题!!!

这个问题好象有人问过,就是说冬季的费用是在1月3号之前交,那 如果我现在不交的话会charge我的手续费,请知道人详细说一下,谢谢!!

Dear Student:

We will make your status complete as at Sept. 30 whether you have paid
or not. What this means though is if you decide to withdraw after Sept.
30, there is no change to tuition and you are responsible for all the fees
for at least the fall term. As well, we charge interest on the account
balance as at Sept. 30, so you will be paying interest (at a rate of 5%per
annum, or about .0041 per month) until you clear your account.
