i am glad to receive your fax. i wish we can communicate via writting since my english oral skill is poor.
i want to confirm following infomation :
1. how much are you expecting for the rental per month?
2. how long are you going to rent?
3. how far are you expecting away from the downtown?

this one is better, and should be done by a Master, the another one could be written by a second year undergraduate student. if it is wrong, please let me know, I will change it later, do not be too serious, just joking around.
