This is a system for booking non-immigrant visa interviews. Interviews may be booked at the U.S Embassy in Ottawa, Canada, and selected Consulates General in Canada and Mexico.

The fee for using this service is a non-refundable $15.00 CANADIAN, payable by one of the following credit cards :

If you require additional information, please contact the Visa Information Services Center:
(900) 451-2778 from within Canada - you will be charged CA$2.25 per minute
(900) 443-3131 from within the U.S. - you will be charged US$2.00 per minute
