As you may be aware, the US President will be visiting Ottawa next Tuesday, November 30. As there may be street closures and possible demonstrations at various times during the day, many employees may have difficulty getting to work on time. In view of the situation, managers are encouraged to be flexible in considering alternative arrangements with their employees. These would include:

* Modifying normal starting and finishing times;
* Working at home/telework.

For details about road closures, Police are advising the public to listen to the radio.
