请教学费帐户的问题...

过了11月30号我的冬季学费帐户怎么要多交35刀的什么Administration fee for 2 installments...

其他今年跟我同时注册的同学怎么就没有呢?

Students are supposed to pay the whole year tuition fees once. If students didn't pay, university would charge $35 for holding students' status. Therefore, students who weren't asked to pay $35 because they paid the whole year tuition already.

I think the tuition invoice clearly indicats why u have to pay administration fee.

But why my friend who only paid the Fall tuition fee as me(we registered as a new student at the same time) but did not have to pay the $35????
