You need sports:running, soccer, bastketball, weight trainning.. whatever. Just eat more won't be good. If you don't work out, whatever you eat will be stored into your boday as fat. Weight is not the right measuremnet for health. If you gain from 56kg to 70kg without workout, it means you get 14kg (30 pound) body fat. That's really bad for your health. Just do some sports daily.

恩,您这话说得很对.
只是想实现的话不是很容易.留学生每天学习要占挺多时间的。同时购物,做饭收拾房间这些生活上的东西也占了不少时间。有时候想去学校运动一下吧,等个BUS都要好久,觉得郁闷就干脆不去了.
想过去在国内的时候天天打一个半小时篮球,晚上还坚持做俯卧撑,腹肌真是要多少块就有多少块啊.虽然现在肌肉没变小,不过脂肪应该都消耗得差不多了,呵呵.
现在放假了,应该可以多些锻炼了我想.下学期好好安排个时间表,多抽点时间去锻炼锻炼. 谢谢这位朋友的建议啦~~对我很有帮助.
