城市可以选吗？
if yes，哪个城市好玩呀？可以中途趁机逛逛？

You don't have many choices: as far as I know, you can go through either NYC (or New Jersey), Detroit or Chicago, and there is really no time to get out of the terminals anyway, security checks are quite painful in the States.

Time permitting, consider Seattle or San Fran. These two cities are not as big as NYC or LA, but have a lot of offer. Chicago is also fun, but it can get very very cold in winter (it has the nickname Windy City).

不懂不要乱说，误导！
stopover是如果你要在中转的城市停留的话，才要加钱，$100+当地的机场税。
如果在ottawa的话，可以选择去芝加哥转，纽约的机场有两个，需要换机场比较麻烦。看你选择什么航空了。

除机场不用交$100但你不是接当天的飞机走，就算是stopover要交$100+机场税
不过如果你坐的航空公司有提供可免费1 stop的话，就交机场税就ok了，不用交$100.不是所有航空都有，你要问。

Maybe depending on the airline, few years ago, I stopped at San Francisco for three days and did not pay additional money. But last September I stopped at SF for three days again, I paid $100.
