Yes, you definately could. However there's a certain amount of late payment fee which is 35$ before 14th of Jan. If you could not pay before this deadline, the university of Ottawa will force you to withdrawn from the current semester and or current year. I strongly recommend you to pay thought online banking, which will be a lot faster, and will avoid line-up.
