not scholarship, but bursary based on personal economic situation.every immigrant student has $3000, but only for the first year.

There two things: bursary ($3000)based on economic situation and admission scholarship (varing)which needs Canadian scripts. one of my friends got both. He graduated from an Ontario high school with admission scholarship of $750 (just for once).

Ok, that's all right. The admission scholarship for graduate students means waiving tuition fees and applies to both local students and international students.
