Yes, that's the terminlogy here. For some town house, which are called executive, you have to pay so-called condo fee, to have a company to provide external service such as snow removal, grass cutting and so on. The other type is called free hold, which you
don't have to pay condo fee. But you have to do all the work inside and out.

I can't believe the house price, I have a friend, she bought the same houe with you in 2001, may be just beside you (not ent unit), she paid 110 grand, right now almost double.

Only my neighbours are old Canadian couples, are they your friends? If so, tell them they are very lucky. If I had bought it for 110K, would I sell it for this price? This is the market.
