u have to finish second year of study at least. in the falcuty of management the minimun requirement of CGPA is 5.0. different falcuties should have different standards. plus, i dunt think going back to china on exchange is worthwhile no matter whether or not UO have the offer. u pay 10 times more than those studying in universities in china, it's just pointless to apply anywhere back home. going to somewhere u might never have the chance to go is wise, at least i think so.
