本人是移民，在国内完成高中的，那么秋季入学（9月份）报名DEADLINE是什么时候啊，是不是已经来不及了呢？按留学生还是本地的学生算啊？各位大侠帮帮忙！

you haven't apply, that means you have nothing to do with registrar's



so contact admission.
