one bedroom apartment sublet or looking for roommate
本人因回国一室一厅5月起转租或寻女生室友。But it is available from April. If you are looking for a roommate, it will be so good for you since I will be in China for the first 3-4 weeks. That means you can live in the whole apartment by yourself for some time.
地点：1971 st.Laurent Blvd
It's in very good condition, and very cheap. Sublet 649/month, roommate: 340/month for bedroom, 320/month for living room. Everything included, and furnished.
It is very convenient,too. One minute to Elmvale Mall, and one minute to bus stop, including 84,85,86,111,148,191,etc.
