Disagree. Although in most cases there is no justifiable reason for countries to invade other countries, an invasion can be performed without committing atrocities or crimes against humanity. In such a case, there is no reason for the "invader" to apologize to the "invadee" since it is the responsibility of each and every country to be prepared for an eventual attack. Natural selection is not only the way of Nature, but is also the motor behind cultural and geographical evolution (may the best one win!!). If China decided to invade Japan, your argument is that China would have to apologize for hundreds of years of mistreatment of Japanese people (forgetting the fact that Japanese people also mistreat themselves and their women...). My point is that an invasion doesn't mean committing crimes against humanity, an invasion is taking control of another country, with military power, economical power or otherwise.

布什的做法是法西斯纳粹做法，当初德国，日本就是经济萧条，通过武力来转移国内的矛盾的，这是赤裸裸的侵略。受益的不见得是人民，反倒是跟战争有密切关系的企业。如果中国政府真的变成这样的话，中国威胁论就成真的了。

看看现在的大企业：三菱，助友，西门子，洛克希德，波音，休斯等大企业。昔日的它们就是战争的创造者，延续者。

即使中国要走强硬道路也不能这样走，中国不能将同样的罪过扛上百余年。那要害了几代人的：

要不德国为什么道歉了60年还在道歉（他们认为，不花上几代人的时间来道歉，邻国是不能将昔日德国的罪过全部淡化的）；

要不日本道歉了，还觉得不自在，都过去了的事，各国为什么还不能忘记（它都道歉烦了，不是这一代的罪过，却要道歉那么久，这是日本人对历史的看法）；

要不可以说，是美国创造了恐怖主义（现在他们却在反恐，说白了就是越反越恐，试问人民的利益美国政府真的照顾了吗？现在美国人民为美国政府背起了黑锅，恐怖份子见美国人就杀）。

他们昔日的做法带来的后果就是历史，我们明知历史，自然不能这样做啦！

i think you are supposed to further learn English, you have some English grammar mistakes!!! but fortunately I can guess out your general idea. And I have pointed out my issue on u!!!!!!!!!!!
