到底现在留学生打工合不合法呀？？

应该合法了吧.前几天报纸,新闻不是说,新出台了一个什么移民法嘛.其中一条不就是国际生可以在学校外打工嘛.

The recent government announcement regarding international students and working opportunities has generated a great deal of excitement and anticipation. Here is the latest news we have received from Citizenship and Immigration Canada:

Off-Campus Work
CIC is in the process of opening off-campus work opportunities to all international students nationally. However, this will not be implemented until fall 2005 or winter 2006. Students can therefore not expect to work off-campus until an exact date has been specified.

在校园内打工是合法的。 校外打工不合法

联邦政府同意了，但是最后还是要省政府批准。
安省是肯定不可以，省政府没有批准。
BC省，和魁北克省，好像不可以，其他的省都可以了。

真是无聊的可以，难不成移民局都是弱智？声请的本来就是留学生能不能打工，留学生大多数都是英文是SECOND LANGUAGE的。
