[问题] 改装cold air intake 后engine灯亮怎么办？

我的车是99 mustang。想改装cold air intake。但是原来的那条皮管上有个插头接了一个类似sensor的东西。如果改装后，aid intake 的钢管上好像没有地方插那个sensor的，发动机灯一定会亮。请问有办法解决吗？

那个东西多半是进气温度传感器，你可以不用打洞。想办法放在FILTER的后方（实在不行放前方）。

如果实在装不上的话,不装那个sensor是否对车有影响? 比如对动力方面什么的影响.提速啊什么的.

根据温度不同，影响有大有小。
装是肯定要装的。

It would be the air flow meter/ air temperature sensor. You can palce your cold air intake before these sensors. Remove your car factory air filter box, and replace with cold air intake before the sensors, you may need a customized air funnel for your cold air intake.

Your car's engine used the airflow meter's data to claculate the fuel/air mixture. If you leave it unconnected, your engine's computer will set the mixture to a preset state, and you car may not be running at optimal condition.
