Nice rooms for rent (short or long term)

I have two rooms for rent now and my location is close to Dow's Lake (between Preston St. and Carling Ave.) There is a Loeb near my house and bus stop, #3, is in front of my place so you can take bus #3 to downtown around 15 minutes and 10 minutes to Chinatown. Take bus #85 to OU around 15 minutes and less than 12 minutes to CU by O-train. If you are interested, please feel free to connect me at 852-1527 anytime. The location:

1. The house is located on Preston St. (close to Carling Ave.),
surrounded by nice Italian cafe's and restaurants.

2. Just up the road is china town with tones of other food options.
Dows Lake and the bike path are just up the road the other way.

3. The supermarket is about a 15 minute walk away. There are a
kitchen, bathroom, and shared storage space; moreover, a fridge, stove and
microwave are in the kitchen, and there is also laundry in the basement.

Transportation:

1. The O-train is a 3-4 min walk away; Carleton University is a 5 min
ride from the O-train stop.

2. The Bus #3 stops in front of the house and is around a 4 min ride to
the transit way, and 15 min to the market area.

3. From the Transit way a number of busses go to Ottawa University
(about a 10 min ride.)Or walk 5 minutes to Carling Ave. and then take
bus #85 to OU

5. O-train: Walk 5 minutes to Carling train station and then take
other 5 minutes to Carleton train station.

4. Biking: 15 min to market via bike path, 15 min to Carleton
University via another bike path.

Rent: 330~450/ per month. Utilities are included.
