我得到CONDITIN ADMISSION FROM DEPT OF CS, UNIVERSITY OF OTTAWA.

Please note that you will be required to submit your official Diploma ( Degree Certificate in Chinese). All official translations must be done by a Notary Public before you are allowed to register.

我只有学校中英文对照的学位证明和成绩单. 是否可以?我也不知道China Academic Degrees and Graduate Education Center.
学校学位,成绩证明是否可以满足要求?
