second question: Chang brake pad only cost 130. I believe it is problem of cliper.Then it may cost total 300. Find a real auto shop. Midas is not good for it.

1. Adjust the engine idle speed, that will help a bit, but from 3, you may have vacuum leak somewhere in your car's engine system.
The engine idle speed of newer car is set by computer. There is nothing you can do about it.
The first problem is likely the car needs a throttle body service. The throttle body is the place control the air goes into the engine. It is a metal door. It has a small gap let the air in when engine is idle. If it is dirty, it will cause the problem. It is cheap to clean. I will ask auto shop to start with this before anything else.
The steering wheel problem is very likely alignment, but Midas asks him to fix brake, it is likely one of his brakes does not release very well. If one side of the brake pad wears much more than another it will be brake problem.
