one bed room apartment for sublease

I am on the moving. So my apartment should sublease to somebody interested. It is located in Bell St. S., close to U of Carleton and OU, dowslake. I subleased it from the people who lived here for 5 years. So the rent I pay, $637, including a parking lot, is good in recent years.
